  • “During Activate, I found my purpose again- to be a professional coach. As a result, I have created and launched my own coaching business with the intention that it will continue to grow and become my full-time gig. As a result of many things I learned during Activate between coaching practice and posing as the client, I have deepened the level of embodiment and Intuition that I utilize in my coaching and in my daily life. Many of the themes we worked with- such as financial scarcity and imposter syndrome- translate to non-coaching businesses as well.”

  • "Prior to Activate, I struggled with understanding my team on a deeper, more emotional level. Through Activate, I was able to gain skills such as interpersonal communication, compassion, empathy, listening. These skills are invaluable when leading my team. I recommend Activate to anyone wanting to take their team to the next level."

  • "Through the Activate program, and with Amy's help, I was able to develop a wider range of strategies and techniques I use in my coaching practice in order to inspire people. I also learned about the more practical aspects of coaching and how to develop and use those to build a business."

  • "Before I joined Activate, I struggled to believe in myself and that I could create an impact on other people. During Activate, I learned so many tools that could deepen my understanding of how to create that impact. I recommend Activate to anyone who struggles with a lack of confidence or self-worth, but wants to be a coach."
