Coaching is a highly unregulated industry - having the coaching foundations, standards of excellence, feedback, mentoring, and support that comes from investing in professional coach specific training serves you in leveling up the coaching that you can offer your clients, which adds to credibility, gets exponentially better results, allows you to charge more for your services, increases your coaching confidence, and sets you up to win in your business. It also creates more opportunities for corporate clients, which often require certification.
