Meet Amy
I didn’t start as a coach.
In fact, I started in Aerospace managing $12 million in accounts and building and leading teams. The single greatest growth strategy I used was developing my own leadership skills and training.
I knew then what all leaders know… never. stop. learning.
I became credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and further certified as a trauma informed coach, Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), project management professional (PMP), Prosci change manager, and a trained facilitator.
In 2021, I developed an emotional intelligence professional coach training and certification program, Activate, that is accredited by the ICF and offers 69 Continuing Coach Education Hours.
My mission is to support executives and leaders at all levels, teams and organizations to lead, thrive and create extraordinary results.
I wasn’t born an Executive Coach.
I had to learn to THRIVE.
Now, you can too.
